This journal was created with the intent to encourage prayer. We believe that prayer is the power, the tool, the beginning and the end. There is no "right" way to pray. The Lord listens when we speak to him. Whether it's with our words, in our journals or in our minds.

At Grind and Purpose, we also believe that a prayer journal can be our own record keeper. To show us the Grace, and purpose the Lord has on our lives. What the Lord has guided us to over come.
